March is Stop Buffering Month (So we can Stop Procrastinating!)

Mastering Lasting Change: Week 4 of the Stop Buffering Challenge

We have made it to the final stretch of the Stop Buffering Challenge—and that’s something to celebrate! 🎉 Over the past three weeks, we’ve built awareness around buffering, experimented with strategies to take action, and started gaining momentum.

Now, in Week 4, we’re shifting our focus to long-term success. Because let’s be honest—breaking free from buffering isn’t about a quick fix. It’s about creating a sustainable system that helps you stay on track even when life gets messy.

This week, we’ll cover:
✅ How to create an identity shift so you become a person who takes action, not just someone trying to change a habit.
✅ How to build a strong “buffering recovery system” so setbacks don’t throw you completely off course.
✅ How to create an environment that supports productivity instead of triggering distractions.
✅ How to stay motivated for the long haul—even when you don’t feel like taking action.
✅ How to wrap up this challenge with a personal roadmap for continued success.

By the end of this week, you’ll have a toolkit of strategies that will help you stop buffering, take action, and stay consistent—without relying on willpower alone.

If you’ve missed the posts from the last few days, no worries! It’s all posted on my IG account @NiloBurkeCoaching and ready for you to devour and put into action all the strategies I am sharing.

If you do nothing else, please do the journal prompts. I believe this activity alone will bring so much change to your life if you struggle with buffering. To make it easy to do daily, go back to Day 1 and write down all the journal prompts, and work on them one prompt at a time. This will eliminate the extra step of copying down the prompts on a daily basis.
